Staffed Mobile Bar
The Staffed Mobile Bar is our most popular option for events where the host wants to hand the bar over completely. We bring the bar, our staff run it from start to finish, and you focus on your guests. Our bar team are experienced, friendly and presentable — they're used to working weddings, corporate events and private celebrations and know how to keep a queue moving without losing the personal touch. This service can be tailored to suit your event — from the drinks selection and service style to the number of staff and hours of operation. Do you supply the drinks as well?
The Staffed Mobile Bar covers the bar unit and staff. Drinks can be included as part of a Full Bar Service package, or you can supply your own and we'll serve them. Ask us what works best for your event.
How many staff do you provide?
We recommend staffing based on your guest numbers and service style. We'll discuss this when putting together your quote — as a guide, we suggest one bartender per 50–75 guests for most event types.
Can we customise the drinks menu?
Absolutely. We're happy to work around a specific drinks list, theme or budget. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll make it work.
